3. Enrollment & Agreement

All course enrollments must be confirmed via email or official confirmation message. Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat until Dev Craft Top approves it.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include applicable taxes.
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
Customized corporate training sessions may require a deposit before scheduling.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules may change. Below is our refund policy:

More than 7 days before the start date: Full refund.
Between 2 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before: No refund.
Once a course has started: No refunds, but credit may be applied to future courses.

6. Liability & Learning Responsibility

Dev Craft Top provides learning resources but does not guarantee job placement.
Participants are responsible for completing coursework and assignments to maximize learning.
We are not liable for any issues resulting from third-party software or tools used in our training programs.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All course materials, videos, and documents are for personal use only.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
Live coding sessions may be recorded for internal use and future learning enhancements.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Changes to Terms
